Most of the posts here should be single-work recommendations. We are especially welcoming of recs for works outside of the scope that are usually considered for Hugo awards. This includes works from non-US/European sources, works from small/indie publishers, self-published works, fan artists who are active at deviantart, fiction published on blogs or at fic archives, etc.

The details of these rules are subject to change based on discussion or moderator whim. The core will remain: Most posts should be recs; most of the remainder should be about potential recs.

Three awesome things: A unique take on Townsfolk vs The Monster, clever protagonist who's not arrogant, delightful read-aloud cadence.
Notes: I'm not sure if this is currently in print in any collection.
